Eduardo Cruz is graduated in Architecture by the Architecture School of Oporto Univesity (1986). Between 1985/89 he worked with the Architects Álvaro Siza Vieira, Adalberto Dias and António Madureira, having also integrated the team of Architect Rolando Torgo, which won an honourable mention in the competition of “Crystal Palace’s Cultural Building” (Oporto). In 1994, he collaborated with Arquitect Virgínio Moutinho in the “E Building for the Engineering School of Oporto University” project and, in the same year, he won the public competition for the construction of “Fânzeres Health Unit”. He worked for the company Nuclarq (1995/97), where he has integrated project teams which mostly aimed the construction of buildings for Sonae Group (warehouses, department stores, business buildings, bowling complex, etc.).
During those years, Eduardo has also developed some freelance housing projects. In 1998, he founded his architecture office where is has worked in many different projects: health and sport buildings, individual and collective housing projects, business buildings, department stores, retail shops, flats’ interior makeover, etc. Additionally, he worked as Chief Architect leading the team responsible for reviewing the project OPORTO 2001 - European Capital of Culture.
In 2011, Eduardo Cruz establishes the architecture office/brand “ARCHITAILORS” together with Carlos Praça and Inês Silva.

Inês Silva is graduated in Business Management and Administration by the Economics & Management School of Catholic University (Lisbon, 1996), post-graduated in E-Business by the Economics & Management School of Technical University (Lisbon, 2001) and post-graduated in Cultural Management by the Arts School of Catholic University (Oporto, 2006). She had also professional training in Sales Management and Advanced Project Management.
From 1996, Inês has worked as Sales Manager, Product Manager and Project Manager, within the Marketing & Sales departments of Telecommunications and IT companies, in Portugal and Spain.
In 2010, she launches the illustration agency “ILLUSTOPIA”, together with Carlos Praça, which has been developing several illustration projects (publishing, advertisement, editorial, etc), nationally and internationally.
In 2011, she establishes the architecture office/brand “ARCHITAILORS” together with Eduardo Cruz and Carlos Praça”.
INÊS SILVA

Carlos Praça is graduated in Architecture by the Architecture School of Oporto Univesity (2002). He has worked with Architect Domingos Tavares (2002-2003) and later he has integrated the team of Architect Eduardo Cruz (2003-2011). In collaboration with Eduardo Cruz he has developed many different projects: health and sport buildings, individual and collective housing projects, business buildings, department stores, retail shops, flats’ interior makeover, etc. During these years, Carlos has also developed some freelance housing projects.
In 2009, he studied Thermal Energy Regulation at the Engineering School of Oporto University and, in 2010, he obtained the Diploma for Thermal Energy Certification by ADENE (Portuguese Public Agency for Energy).
